The basics

Protect your Queen. Destroy every rival Queen to win. Lose yours and the game is over.
Or ascend. Lay a Princess on a Royal Cell and keep enemies away from her for 5 turns.
Grow your colony. Workers harvest flower clusters for nectar, claim hives and build comb.

Questions

What is the Daily Battle?

One map a day, the same for everyone. Win fast with your Queen healthy for more stars and a higher score. A new map starts at midnight UTC.

Leaderboards aren't showing

Leaderboards use Apple Game Center. Open iPhone Settings, then Game Center, and sign in. Then reopen Honey Wars. You can play without Game Center; your scores are still kept on your phone.

How do I turn off the narrator, hints or sound?

Tap the menu button during a game, or open How to play from the title screen. Each one has its own switch.

Colors are hard to tell apart

Turn on Color-blind colors in How to play or the game menu. It switches rival teams to colors that are easier to tell apart. The change shows from your next game.

Does the app collect my data?

No. There are no ads, analytics or tracking. See the privacy policy.

Can I get my progress back after deleting the app?

Progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the app erases it. Game Center scores stay with Apple.

Report a bug

Email mwg2525@gmail.com with what you tapped just before the problem. If the game seems stuck, open the menu and choose Concede & quit; your settings and progress are kept.
